Scope of work:

 

• Development of mine by drilling, blasting, roof supporting with roof bolt, Raising of coal by Load Haul Dump (LHD) machine, Stone Drivage and staple Pit for construction of underground Coal Bunker.

 

 

• All type of support work Like:

  • Roof Bolting

  • Girder Fixing

  • Wooden & Steel Chocks

  • Wooden Props and pit props

 

• Installation of 1000mm belt conveyor system complete with electricals and accessories with maintenance including tail end loop take up and signaling arrangements such as pull cord sway switches discharge drum including electrical structure.

 

• All type of Fabrication and erection in Underground & Surface.

• Establishing Electrical substation with HT & LT switches in underground & surface.

• Installation & Commissioning of dewatering pumps and accessories in underground & surface.

• Dewatering Operations.​

• Construction of ventilation stopping, air crossing and isolation stopping underground.​

• Additional Miscellaneous work.

• Installation of haulage, operation & Maintenance.

• Successfully completed 25 development panels.

• Successfully completed 3 depillaring panels using bottom ash (waste material of thermal plant) as stowing material.

• Construction of stowing bunkers at surface.
